Our Black Heritage Insight programmes are designed to help you experience life at KPMG and find out more about the work we do for our colleagues, communities and companies we work for. This is a 3 day paid Insight programme and will run in 2022 on the 5th-7th April.

You will be paid the equivalent to the living wage salary. If you are successful in passing the final stage of our process, the Delivering Outcomes Assessment, we may reach out to you to discuss graduate programme preferences. Your preference will be considered, however, cannot be guaranteed. If you participate, you’ll discover what it’s like to be part of a professional team as you explore different areas of the business. It’s a great opportunity to develop new skills and enjoy new experiences. So, as well as kick-starting your career, you’ll get to take part in some great community activities and you’ll have the opportunity to meet new people too. Above all, it’s about gaining experience on real-time, real-life projects. It’s an opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your CV, learn about the world of work and, most importantly, it may lead to a potential graduate offer.
We offer a range of different Insight programmes. We’d encourage you to explore the information on each one of these, and then search and apply for your preferred choice.
