Paula Nickson (Founder of Greater Than Ltd)
Paula is a business innovator specialising in using professional coaching to unlockthe potential in people and their businesses. Her career features leadership in public, corporate, SME and 3rd sector organisations. Paula has also been the CEO of a successful social enterprise for the last 7 years. Paula’s clients are leaders in multiple sectors of business. They range from small to large enterprises and from brand new to fully established companies. What they all have in common is an appetite to move forwards, with clear energetic, integrity. Paula strongly believes that each of her clients has the capability to achieve their ambitions. She works alongside them to help to define, navigate and achieve the results that are important to them.
Miki Lentin (Director Miki Lentin Consulting)
Miki Lentin is a strategic communications professional with over twenty years of experience across the private and public sectors. He was previously Head of Corporate Affairs at the British Library, with responsibility for marketing, communications, strategy, digital content and broadcast strategy. Now an independent consultant, he works across the cultural and creative sectors with clients such as the Houses of Parliament, Imperial War Museum and British Council.
