Innovative businesses are everywhere in Oxfordshire, but how do they connect, support each other, compete against each other?

This workshop will provide you with fresh thinking and tools to help you to explore relevant people and organisations that sit outside of your business / organisation, but that could have an influence on it. Have you mapped all of your stakeholders? Do you know which ones could be partners and which ones are competitors?

This workshop will encourage you to explore the potential for you to collaborate with others on your innovation journey. Could you be better together?

By attending this workshop you will learn:

  • About powerful business collaborations,
  • How to explore your stakeholders and their potential influence on your business,
  • How to develop develop win:win partnerships,
  • How to manage your competitors.

Obviously, this workshop will also provide you the opportunity to make new connections and to potentially find new collaborators.

This workshop is being delivered by:

Paula Nickson (Founder of Greater Than Ltd)

Paula is a business innovator specialising in using professional coaching to unlockthe potential in people and their businesses. Her career features leadership in public, corporate, SME and 3rd sector organisations. Paula has also been the CEO of a successful social enterprise for the last 7 years. Paula’s clients are leaders in multiple sectors of business. They range from small to large enterprises and from brand new to fully established companies. What they all have in common is an appetite to move forwards, with clear energetic, integrity. Paula strongly believes that each of her clients has the capability to achieve their ambitions. She works alongside them to help to define, navigate and achieve the results that are important to them.

Miki Lentin (Director Miki Lentin Consulting)

Miki Lentin is a strategic communications professional with over twenty years of experience across the private and public sectors. He was previously Head of Corporate Affairs at the British Library, with responsibility for marketing, communications, strategy, digital content and broadcast strategy. Now an independent consultant, he works across the cultural and creative sectors with clients such as the Houses of Parliament, Imperial War Museum and British Council.
