A peer to peer support programme to support Oxfordshire health & wellbeing organisations.
About this Event
What can I expect from the peer to peer Group?
We are aware of wide range of wellbeing practitioners who have either worked collaboratively with others, or are considering doing so. Some are keen to find a way to ensure their offerings are also accessible to those who need them most but can least afford them and would like to develop innovative ways to solve this problem as a collective.
Whatever your speciality in this field, if you are keen to develop your services, offering and work collaboratively, then this peer to peer series is for you.
Participants are encouraged to share their ideas and their challenges in a confidential setting and with a spirit of professional generosity. It is not a webinar or training programme.
The focus will be the challenges of bringing together social impact and sustainable revenue streams, however the group will also be able to steer the focus of future sessions including:
Business planning and legal structures
Measuring your impact
How the wellbeing sector can affect social change
How to improve quality and diversity of wellbeing services
Funding and revenue streams
Wellbeing in the workplace
Who is it for?
For leaders, organisers and practitioners in the health and wellbeing sector, or wellbeing managers within organisations.
How will the peer group work?
This will be a small group of around 6 successful applicants. The agenda is set by the group. The context is supporting peers to develop new ways of working and building knowledge and skills to expand and develop ideas and plans.
