Tata Maytesyan – Head of Product Department, Content at Picsart (US based unicorn, 150 mln MAU, Sequoia backed).

Throughout my 14 years career I have worked in companies of various size and type: from early stage startups (PANGAIA, sustainability. $75 mln annual revenue 2 years after launch) and scale-up unicorns to large multinational corporations (Nike, Deloitte), always striving to create value and have an impact: for each individual user , team member and business overall.

In the last 5 years I have been focused on technology and science based projects across multiple geographies from Brazil to US, Western Europe, Russia and Asia.

In my spare team I advise and mentor startups, teach courses about business growth, brand and community development.

Lily Elsner – CEO of Jack Fertility

Jack Fertility is a postal male fertility test, allowing people with sperm to holistically test fertility from home for the first time. She is on a mission to change the perception of fertility, to normalise testing and end infertility as a ‘woman’s issue’ when it’s just as likely to be a ‘male issue.’

Previously Head of Strategy at Oxford-based AI automated drug discovery startup Arctoris, she developed deep experience in US and UK market expansion, out of home marketing campaigns including a +2 million impression market entry campaign in Boston’s Kendall Square. She spent her time before the MBA as a chief of staff for the Card Data Analytics & Infrastructure department, after working for the Board of Directors of Capital One Bank near Washington, DC, and the Global M&A group of Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York. She holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, Pembroke College, University of Oxford (Class of 2020) and a BA in Philosophy and Biological Sciences from Wellesley College.
