Join us to hear about Riham Satti’s journey as neuroscientist and founder of MeVitae, which aims to eliminate bias in the hiring process.
Riham Satti started started off as a hacker; hacking bacteria and brains (using data from the Human Connectome Project) to understand how they work. Hackers love problem solving and her mission is to solve the biggest problems through the use of technology – starting with recruitment. She is a woman on a mission.
Riham’s motto in life is to build fairer hiring processes through the use of technology, and she is starting by debiasing HR one step at a time throughout the talent acquisition process. Her start-up MeVitae uses cutting edge technology and people science to de-bias corporations’ entire talent acquisition process. They have done some impressive work so far, helping enterprise clients (average company size 30,000 employees) to double their talent pool, increase gender diversity by 30+% and more.
Join us to hear Riham’s fascinating story and get a chance to ask her your questions.
This event is for female founders only.
