The key principles of negotiation

Negotiation is fundamental to everything we do and underpins management, leadership and much more. Yet, too often, we treat negotiation as a zero-sum game where there is a winner and a loser.
In this session, participants will learn the fundamental tools of negotiation; the intellectual and psychological underpinning behind it; the importance of self-awareness, preparation, listening and persuasion.
Held at The Oxford Foundry. This event is open to all individuals who have a University of Oxford connection. You will need to register and bring your Bodleian Reader Card to be allowed into the venue.
