Mindful Leadership
27 July 2022 – online only

Mandar Apte

Multiple vectors have affected our global society – Covid-19, climate change, systemic inequalities, the mental health crisis – leaders and changemakers are looking for tools and frameworks to reinvigorate their purpose and impact. This is a defining moment that requires them to have equanimity; to be grounded and at the same time be able to empathise and energise others through their presence and actions.

During the session we will empower participants to manage mental wellbeing and resilience using profound breath and meditation techniques, interactive discussions and group processes. The session will also inspire entrepreneurs and changemakers to recalibrate their purpose and make a greater net positive impact on our world.

Held at The Oxford Foundry. This event is open to all individuals who have a University of Oxford connection. You will need to register and bring your Bodleian Reader Card to be allowed into the venue.
