Zinc is looking for exceptional technologists and engineers to join its next Venture Builder Programme, starting on 1st November.

We are looking for developers, programmers, coders, data scientists, engineers and other technologists who are ready to become a Tech CTO, as well as experienced Tech CEO’s who are ready to launch their next business with a mission focus.

Zinc is funding a cohort of 70 incredibly experienced and passionate individuals, allowing them to use their talents full-time to tackle the crisis that is children & young people’s mental health. The cohort will do this by creating scalable, commercial businesses from scratch.

Why does Zinc’s 12 month Venture Builder Programme offer tech founders?

● The opportunity to find a co-founder (including business, creatives & domain experts) to shape the business from the ground up;
● Executive coaching to become an effective CTO Founder of an investable commercial, scalable company, whilst tackling and solving challenging technical problems;
● Zinc investment of up to £250k, plus access to external investment and non-dilutive capital.

For Women Tech Founders
Apply for the Rose Acton Women in Tech Award, which will provide an additional £12k stipend to an exceptionally ambitious woman with a background in software development, engineering, or data sciences.

For Tech Founders outside the UK
Zinc endorses the UK Startup/Innovator Visas, which allows tech talent from across the globe to join the Zinc Venture Builder and incorporate their business in the UK.
