Times have changed. To survive and thrive, ALL businesses must now ensure they have a positive impact on society and the environment.

People want to work for, buy from, supply to and invest in, businesses that operate in ways that have positive social and environmental impact – what are you doing to ensure that’s the case for your business?

Whatever stage of business, size, sector or aspiration, this session will be of interest to anyone with influence or responsibility within a company.

This webinar will highlight the ways in which business models are changing in ways so companies satisfy all stakeholders, as well as shareholders. This isn’t about tokenistic CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), philanthropy or “giving back”. It’s about building or evolving robust business models that embed practices and processes into all areas of operation that not only make them more attractive, but also create resilience and success.

Your Presenter

Grant Hayward has been supporting businesses for the past 10 years and has witnessed at first hand and done his bit to help influence the significant shift in approach and business models. He has trained with the B Lab, B Corp movement and is a B Leader. He is also Co-Chair of The Oxfordshire+ B Local; a group of local B Corps and B Leaders, supporting the movement of Business as a Force for Good. Grant works with OSEP Community Interest Company, established specifically to support and promote social entrepreneurs and purposeful businesses. It is also currently doing this working with OxLEP to deliver its fully funded eScalate programme
