The pace of systems change necessary for organisations to keep up with their environment is ever-increasing. This doesn’t just include anticipated change, but coping with unexpected and unplanned “black swan” events. To make it even harder, there is a lack of people with the skills necessary to enact such change effectively.
In this talk, Matthew Bellringer will share how by embracing neurodiversity, organisations can increase their capacity for successful, adaptive change. We explore how different perspectives contribute to organisational endurance, and how – provided with a supportive environment – neurodivergent people can make a unique contribution at work.
Matthew Bellringer explores and shares how everyone can benefit from neurodiversity. With a background in technology, psychology, research and innovation, they work with both neurodivergent individuals and the organisations which want to be a better place for them. Matthew is chair of NeurodiverseIT, the SG for neurodivergent IT professions. You can find out more about their work, and how to get in touch, at https://www.matthewbellringer.com/links
