Finding funding is crucial to grow and scale your business. But fundraising is a challenging, time-consuming effort – especially if you are a women entrepreneur.
Are you ready for VC funding?

Tune into our WEGate Webinar with Ines Mertens, organized by Business Angels Europe and moderated by Claire Munck. Ines is an experienced venture capital investor who currently works at Inventures.

They will dive into the inner workings of Venture Capital funds, and in particular, the way such VC’s can boost your startup into a scaleup. Crucially, they will explore the important the opportunities and pitfalls of working with such funds. Of course, there will be room for all your questions and remarks!

At Inventures, Inès worked 2 years as Investment Manager and is now Sourcing and Communication Manager, looking for new investment opportunities and partnerships. Prior to joining Inventures in 2015, Inès lived in California where she gained extensive experience in business valuation theory and practice during 6 years. She worked with companies in all stages of development, specifically with early stage companies in the Silicon Valley.

Prior to her move to California, Inès spent four years as Senior Financial Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance in Belgium where she acquired her financial expertise in global corporate finance including business valuations, mergers, and acquisitions.
